Yes. We offer virtual counseling for clients anywhere in Virginia if virtual counseling will meet their needs, so you can meet with a therapist from home. If you live near Roanoke, Salem or Christiansburg, you can also choose in-person sessions at our Roanoke office.
What ages do you work with?
We work with adults, teens and children. Teens can get support with anxiety, depression, school stress and peer conflict, and for younger children we offer child-centered play therapy from age 2 1/2.

We accept Anthem, Aetna, Sentara and UnitedHealthcare, plus Medicaid plans through Anthem, Sentara and UnitedHealthcare. Coverage varies by plan, so please contact us to confirm your benefits before your first session.
